semi-automatic heat sealer / conduction / for pre-cut seals

The semi-automatic sealer TCE 170 is a successor of the TCE 160. The conveyor replaces the carriage and eliminates the need of an operator at the sealing post. The rich experience in generation of heat sealers has resulted in the manufacture of TCE 170 with enhanced technical features and user friendly operation. The ergonomics and configuration of the machine has also been improved. This machine is conceived for heat sealing pre-cut embossed aluminium seals on rigid jars.

They exist by induction or by conduction based on the nature of the jars to be sealed. When the jar is placed on the conveyor by the operator, some of the sensors detect the jars and trigger the sealing operations. The process of holding and pre-cut seals adjusting on jars and sealing are made in a single operation. The sealing and the centering of the seal are perfectly repeatable.
