curd packaging line / automatic

This is a packaging line by Fasa which is designed for packing curd into consumer size portions. The product is an assembly which consist of different machine that works together in attaining one function completing a whole complete system. This machine is suitable in filling and wrapping curd into aluminum foil or parchment paper. Then, it proceeds to sealing area wherein three side is rolled on heat. The whole assembly comes with a thoughput of 80 bricks/min and a range of 100 too 250g. For its power, it has a rated power of 3.7kW and an air consumption of 0.15m³/min. Also, it can do circular wrapping square cross sectioning of products. For its primary packaging material, it uses aluminum foil laminates and parchment paper while the secondary material composed of laminated, micro perforated polypropylene, polyethylene, heat-shrinkable and trimmable materials
