bottom labelling machine / top / linear / for self-adhesive labels

SENSITIVE 300 TB is a completely automatic labelling machine, suitable for applying self-adhesive labels (optical labels, vignettes, holographic labels) on upper and/or bottom faces of closed cartons.
Designed to be installed in-line with packing machines, the machine features the possibility of installing single labelling head, top or bottom, or both labelling heads; labels can be applied either on the top or on the bottom, or on both faces, of carton, as required. Output speed of up to 300 pcs/min.

MAIN CHARACTERISITCS

- Top labelling head designed to be easily adjusted on vertical and transverse positions
- Independently driven conveyor, synchronized to the speed of the label application group by means of an encoder
- Possibility of installing thermal transfer or hot foil printer
- Rejection unit equipped with a pneumatic system to collect the rejected cartons in a lockable bin.
