SENSITIVE AP400 is a complete series of automatic labelling machines suitable to apply self-adhesive labels on cartons, which features positive transport system for cartons.

The range includes machines for tamper evident seals on both flaps of cartons as well as vignette or Italian Bollino application on the top face of the carton.

All the machines in the range can print and check tracking codes like 2D or DM on different parts of the carton.

Designed for easy application in line with packaging machines, SENSITIVE AP 400 SERIES can handle straight or reverse tuck cartons and for label application of either transparent plastic materials or paper. The machine can reach an out-put speed of up 400 cartons/min.

The sensitive AP400 SERIES is built specially for pharmaceutical type applications and in accordance with cGMP standards and completely made of st.st. SENSITIVE A400 AP SERIES features a high degree of flexibility, with compact overall design.

- on both carton lateral sides

- on top of cartons only

- on both lateral sides and on top of cartons

A folk photocell provides for detection of the label pitch to check the correct dispensing of labels on the cartons. The positive transport system of cartons in pitch makes the machine completely fail-safe.
