ISHIDA's QX-300 Flex tray sealer is specifically designed for compact and sanitary purposes. It has a good seal and packaging with flexible and easy changeovers for a user-friendly operation of the tray sealer. Its main functionality includes the protection of ready-made meals, fruits and vegetables, meat, poultry, sauces, snack, confectionery, medicinal products and more. It has a working speed which runs up to 8 cycles a minute. It can also pack at least 6 trays or more per cycle. The QX-300 is also ideal for different or all types of trays and materials that are top lid which include the aluminum, plastic and board. The device or machine can be arranged in any applications such as vacuum gas, sealing only and also skin pack. In less than 6 minutes, the changes to the sealing tool and film can already be achieved.
