semi-automatic shrink wrapping machine / with sealing bar

Ecofard 700 SA is an extremely versatile and economical sleeve wrapper machine with semi-automatic feeding system. It makes multipacks of various sizes for products such as cases, phials, pots, cans, jars and bottles. It is also able to protect the boxes by integrating or replacing the use of carton boxes at the end of the line.
Two models are available within the 700 SA series. The MB model is compact with a tunnel connected to the sealing area. The BB version or sealer-plus-tunnel version has both independent. These are suitable for medium-high output rates.

The operation principle of this machine is extremely simple. A pneumatic pusher transports the product from the loading area to the sealing area and there a transversal sealing bar cuts and seals the film. The transversal bar has a controlled temperature and a pneumatic movement. After this the product is passed into the tunnel for shrinking.
The machine has the semi-automatic feeding system and a double roll system. The sealing time is electronically adjustable. With the MB model, the tunnel belt conveyor movement is synchronized with the movement of the sealing bar in order to wrap the unstable products which come without a tray. The BB model keeps the wrapped product on the plate behind the sealing area until the next one pushes it onto the continuous tunnel belt conveyor. Both models have a cooling fan installed at the tunnel exit. The tunnel conveyors are made out of steel zinc coated mesh.

The various options makes for great versatility. machines are various and they cover any special request you may have. The machine conforms to CE specifications and works with a single wounded LLDPE (flat). The power supply for both models is 230 V/ 380 V – 3 Ph. The MB version takes up 17 kW and the BB model 24 kW.
