RTC 600 is a compact monobloc used for bottling re-fermented still beer and works on the principles of rotary gravity system. The standard version comes with a bottling machine with 8 taps, a capping machine for crown caps which also has an automatic distributor. With a bottle inlet and outlet belt for high speed variations, the tank unit is adjustable along the height by adjusting the handles attached to it. A specifically designed capping machine feeds the caps through a hopper which then gets inserted onto bottle necks. This high speed conveyor system can hold numerous bottles of various sizes by replacing the start. Sterilization and cleaning is completely easy as every part that comes in contact with the liquid is made of AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL that can be sided out easily. This unit can be attached along with an automatic rinsing machine or linear automatic capper/labeller for a complete production station.
