automatic cardboard box/case erector / precise folding

For packaging specifications with cardboard trays as an intermediate layer or top trays MSK palletizer systems can be supplied from dynamic magazines or from automatic Tray maker (MSK Traytech). The cardboard erector MSK Traytech used for the automatic formation of intermediate layers of cardboard.

Fully automatic trayer construction

The folding of the cardboard blanks to the tray and their fixing in a separate tray maker. The MSK Traytech cardboard forming system in two versions:

MSK Traytech as a compact system with a space-saving arrangement of the carton blanks below the folding and fusing
MSK Traytech as a standard version in which the stack of the cardboard blanks is stored behind the folding device.
