The OPM 1.5 is an automatic thermosealing machine. It is designed in accordance to the latest trends in design and construction to provide high reliability and simple operation on a daily basis. Also, the cleaning and maintenance are very simple to carry out with this machine.
It is a small machine made out of a stainless steel. It is designed in a floor standing format with an inbuilt vacuum pump. The bearing surface is standard with 2 stations and this lets you easily loading the trays up to ½ gastro size.
When on the machine's loading station, the trays slip automatically through the steel bands and into the packaging station. Here the entire process is fully automated as per preset parameters defined by the operator. The film advancement is automatic and controlled to minimize any waste of the material. In short, the advanced technology makes the changes of programs and sizes extremely simple and easy.
