AC servo-amplifier / 1/3-axis / digital

The Ndrive® family of digital servo amplifiers represent high performance discrete drives used with the Automation 3200 motion controller. The drives are capable of controlling brushless, DC brush, and stepper motors over a wide range of operating voltages and currents. Ndrive amplifiers are designed with a common architecture perform both current- and position-loop closures digitally. The high-performance double-precision processors enables these drives to generate ultra-smooth motion profiles.

The introduction of up to eight second-order loop-shaping filters, precise time-aligned feed-forward and other proprietary techniques with up to 20 kHz loop closure rates optimizes the servo system response. The Ndrive family is available in a number of highly efficient PWM versions. The Ndrive MP serves as a low power, small footprint PWM drive that proves ideal for space-sensitive applications. It is a medium-power PWM drive, capable of running directly from AC mains voltage and is fully optimized to ensure cost sensitive applications.
