Aside from being the world's first nanometer-level positioning system, this ANT95-L Mechanical-Bearing Direct-Drive Linear Stage proves its speed, accuracy, resolution, repeatability, reliability and size over the years and is now with greater travels that range up to 25mm. It performs 5g acceleration and 500mm/s velocity plus its capacity is enhanced capable of higher loads.
