BLMC series Linear Motors have small dimensions to accommodate them in compact and tighter spaces. These motors are direct drive and equipped with a rare-earth magnetic track of a U-shape, called a 'U-channel', and non-contacting forcer. The BLMC series motors deliver high productivity and high-accuracy positioning in various demanding applications.

Motor design is efficient and removes commonly-encountered problems such as windup, backlash, maintenance and wear concerned with belts, ball screws, pinions and racks. Eddy current losses are eliminated by the small, compact and ironless forcer assembly, which is equipped with a thermal sensor, Hall-effect devices and is reinforced with sturdy ceramic epoxy.
