The 42A series by Bodine Electric Company is a Permanent magnet DC electric motor which features its motor that is totally enclosed and non-vetillated. Also, it comes with a protection class of IP40 and a Class "F" insulation for long life. Each of the unit comes with an external brush access which is designed for easy inspection and replacement. It uses a constant force brush which give the unit a longer life and a more quiet operation. Plus, it is supported with an oversized magnet that resists demagnetization which stabilizes its common strength for a stable performance. For this specific unit, it has a high starting torque, self braking system, lock bearing for minimizing its endplay. For a quiet operation, its tested ball bearing is permanently lubricated.
