single-phase electric gearmotor / AC / parallel-shaft / spur

The 42R-HG series is composed of parallel shaft helical spur AC electric gear motors developed by Bodine Electric Company. This series is equipped with a fully enclosed IP 20 degree of protection. It is also fan cooled to be able to deliver high output power. The center ring and end shields of this motor is made with Aluminum materials to attain high thermal efficiency and light weight. They are sealed with an industrial lip type seal as well as in their output shaft.

Needle bearings are equipped with these motors to attain an increase in radial load capacity and to attain long service life. Furthermore, the motors that belongs in this series has permanent lubrication by a high quality lubricant.
