non-rotating cylinder / pneumatic / double-acting / single-acting

This compact cylinder is part of Series 31. It is both single- and double-acting. It has an operating temperature of 0°C to 80°C (with dry air - 20°C) and an operating pressure of 1-10 bar (double-acting) and 2-10 bar (single-acting).

It has aluminum body and end-blocks, with rods of rolled stainless steel AISI 303, a aluminum piston rod, PU seals. FKM seals are substituted for high temperatures (140°C).

The compact cylinder uses filtered air fluid without lubrication. However, if lubrication is used, ISOVG32 oil is recommended. The lubrication should never be interrupted once it has been applied. The compact cylinder works on a speed of 10 - 1000 mm/sec without a load.

The minimum stroke is 10 mm for the use of sensors. The strokes for series 31R, 31M and 31F are 1-200 mm for a diameter of 12-25, 1-300 mm for a diameter of 32-63, and 1-400 mm for a diameter of 80-100.
