Pneumatic cylinders with tie-rods operation are single, double acting and tandem cylinders for increased output force. Low friction version is double acting. Made with materials like anodized AL tube, zinc-plated steel tie-rods and high quality rolled stainless steel AISI 420B and advanced materials like NBR rod seal and NBR piston seals for low friction. These three materials are used in the low friction, standard version. Other features include chrome plated stainless steel AISI 420B rod, brass rod scraper ring, stainless steel AISI 303 nuts, stainless steel AISI 420B tie-rods, PU piston seals and NBR rod. Reduced friction force is possible with these advanced materials. Different types of mounting offered with tie-rods, with front/rear flange, foot mounting, with centre, front, rear, or swivel trunnion. Operating temperature at standard and with low friction at 0°C to 80°C.
