The piezoelectric stage X120S offers a stroke up to 110µm on the X axis. The unit can also be prepared for use with strain gauges that will offer an even finer precision up to 10nm.

The maximum load displacement of the unit is 115µm. It measures 30x30mm, 12" high and the unloaded resonance frequency is 1200 Hz..
