SM-2 single-acting, spring return and sub-miniature cylinders from Clippard can give an amazing force of 2 pounds at 100 psig. For added usability, there is a 45 degree tapered rod end. The stainless steel tube has a maximum PSI capacity of 150. The spring force of the cylinder while extended is 5 ounces and while retracted is 2 ounces. The temperature varies from 30 F to 230 F.
