The VLT OneGearDrive is a permanent-magnet three-phase motor that is incorporated with an optimized bevel gear box. The drive system has been designed to reduce energy costs whilst maximizing the productivity of the plant to enable maximum profitability. It has a Standard version that can be used in wet and dry production ares and a Hygienic version for areas of production that has a sterile and aseptic environment. It has a one gear size that can cover all applications and is designed to save space and minimize the number of alternatives. A high system efficiency rate of 89% makes it the perfect solution for all conveyor drive applications.
