Dictator offers a range of explosion-resistant door-holding electromagnets, which belong to group II of explosion-resistant devices. They are approved for use in dangerous locations of classification zones 1 and u, with the exception of underground pits.

The magnets are developed with an encased protection of EEX m. All the explosion-resistant magnets are supplied with diodes, such as spark extinction diodes, and polarity protection.

The Dictator's explosion-resistant electromagnets have been analyzed based on EN 1155:2005, and by the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt in Germany. They are certified under the certificate PTB 03 ATEX 2174 X, and the recognition of conformity to building class PTB 03 ATEX N060.
