The ebm-papst ZEITLAUF has a standardized solution for small server and stepper motors users, the components which have gearheads for attachment to NEMA motors. The NEMA interface enables quick assembly for a range of gears and motors. NEMA 17, 23 and 34 gear motors sizes are available. Flatline, compactline, performax and noiselessplus families have one gearhead for all these sizes each. The advantages of NEMA include easy assembly, precise centering of the pinion, noise optimized by helical teeth in the first stage, plastic wheels that are having high sliding properties, and a guaranteed lifetime of about 5,000 hours. While the input speed be 3,000 rpm, it has grease lubrication that is for life. Its operating temperature range is from -20°C to +80°C.
