These spline shafts from reliance Precision is capable of accomodating light to moderate loads and are offered in a cost effective precise. They operate with low friction, and long life. The shafts delivers anti-rotation for on axis mortion or a drice mechanism, with rotation for two axes of motion. They are ideal substitutes for applications where hexagon shafts, square shafts, and ball splines are used.

The spline shafts are delivered with a stainless steel spline shaft that is finished with a low fiction Kerkote® TFE coating and the Kerkite® composite polymer bushing.he The bushing comes with a brass collar to facilitate multiple mounting configurations without nut distortion.The shaft straightness measures at .08mm per 300mm, and has a radial and torsional clearance between shaft and bushing at 0.05-0.08mm
