linear positioning table / motorized / single-axis

The Linear Motor Table LT direct drive positioning table features a low sectional height in addition to a very low weight, and both an AC linear servo motor ann an optical linear scale are compactly integrated into the moving table. The moving table and the bed of this unit are manufactured from durable aluminum alloy, and the miniature type linear motion rolling guides IKO Linear Way L are fitted tot he table guide section.

The unit utilizes a C-shaped magnet yoke that is fitted in between two stator magnets complete with a moving coil, resulting in a large driving force that is able to achieve high speeds and very quick response positioning. The unit is high suitable for use with semiconductor and liquid crystal equipment, measuring instruments, material transfer equipment and assembling systems.
