EC 60 is available with brushless drive and electronically commutated 3-phase servomotor. The unit can provide high output performance concomitantly with compact design. It features incremental measuring system, hall sensors and IP44 protection class. It is used to control the speed and position. It can be connected with circular plug and an optional brake. Brushless EC motors have electronic switching system and 3-phase synchronous motors. As compared to motors with brush drivers, the motors have a longer working life, because these get less wear. In addition, in this case, the high power density and dynamic response is linked to the size of the unit. These motors are perfect to use for much automation technology areas in CNC machines.
