The PowerTech EWX 2.9L/4.5L is a compact engine produced by John Deere Engines & Drivetrain. It is a merged output of wastegated turbocharging and of emission control technologies. This integration enables a peak torque in whatever operating condition it may be under. It is built with 2-valve cylinder heads, electronic, controls, exhaust filters and common-rail fuel system.
