The standard L Type coupling comes with a snap wrap elastomer with retaining ring offering ease of maintenance (with radially removable elastomer). It is fail safe and keeps working if elastomer fails (for non-fail safe see Jaw-In-Shear). The coupling offers 1,750 RPM limit (see LC Type for higher limit)
