The MAD CITY LABS Nano-OP series nanopositioners are very robust, compact and can be used for different applications, offering combination of individual single axis stages into multi-axis systems. They feature a range of motion from 30, 65 to 100 micron. They can be made from aluminum, invar and titanium, and are fully customizable. They use the innovative PicoQ® technology, offering quality, repeatable position measurement, while preserving picometer resolution within a closed loop control system.
