MAN offers gas engines that are low pollution for cogeneration plant. The power range of these units are 37 kW to 550 kW using natural gas and from 68 kW to 550 kW using special gas (biogas, landfill gas, sewage gas). The man engines are developed for application with the natural and special gas excel which provides great reliability and greater energy efficiency. Because of the optimum combustion process they are able to provide the greatest overall efficiencies in excess of 90%.

With a complete product range and reduced maintenance naturally aspirated engines and the Lambda 1 engines, having the lowest emissions stages which is achieve through the use of the 3-way catalytic converter. MAN gas engines are also proven to be rugged and able to perform excellently even at peak load and during continuous operation. Units are perfect for use in the municipal sector, agriculture sector, hospitals and hotels etc.
