The DS30 by Mechonics is a single-axis linear positioning stage. The unit features a piezo-driven step motor, designed with low hysteresis.

It is developed with a step width of about 20 nm, and velocity of up to 1.2 mm/s. Both depend on the controller. In addition, the single-axis linear positioning stage has a maximum loading capacity of 0.5 Nm.
