The UGP-1 Ultima® Gimbal Tilt Mount provides three axes of tilt adjustment and incorporates Newport’s patented technique for providing true gimbal motion. The center-of-rotation point is located 0.5 in. (12.7 mm) above the mounting surface. A third rotational Yaw-Axis delivers precision adjustment over a range of ±5º, making the UGP-1 a perfect solution for alignment of 1 in. (25.4 mm) beamsplitting optics. For use with cylindrical and rectangular optics, or 0.5 in (12.7 mm) cubes, adapter kits are offered.
