XY nanopositioning stage / motorized / 2-axis

The Scan XY40 piezoelectric actuating podium can cover a range of 40 microns for each axis. The nano-dimensional piexo podium is engineered to meet the demands of 2D monitoring devices. The high performance monitoring podiums can present a reverberating frequency beyond 800 Hz per axis.

The Scan XY40 is perfect for the nm-accurate placement of low-weight optic elements like mirror prism or laser diodes. It can provide several advantages in a wide range of applications requiring pace and reduced setting time play. These applications are semiconductor systems, electronics and applications for computation mechanisms for quality and microbiology. Moreover, the X- and Y-axis of the 2D piezo monitor can be regulated individually with axes placed orthogonal to one another. Additionally, the direction of the movement is indicated through short marking on the podium.
