Ringspann's SIKUMAT® SN Synchronous Racheting units with Single Rollers are part of the company's line of overload clutches. These rollers sport synchronous re-engagement capabilities after 360º, and integrated fixed bearings. They also showcase driving keyways in the connecting flanges for total load capacity support, and maximum torque rates of 1,800 Nm. Optional configured torque micro-adjustment functions and current torque limiter exchange mechanisms are available.

When overload elimination has been complete, automatic synchronous re-engagement of the SIKUMAT® occurs. The overloading occurrences are detectable via proximity switches. The indicators enable the drives to either be immediately switched off, or activate other control functions.
