DC 061: Servo Amplifier in Pocket Format

12.5 x 103.5 x 72 mm. Those are the dimensions of the super-compact, fully integrated servo amplifier from SIGMATEK's S-DIAS series. The DC 061, with a power rating of nearly 300 W, is designed to control a synchronous servo motor up to 6 Amperes of continuous current at 48 V DC. Over short period of time, the DC 061 can even output a peak current of up to 15 Amperes. With this power, highly dynamic positioning tasks can be run quickly and precisely in combination with the fast regulation technology.

The integrated standard resolver input (12 bits) enables economic feedback analysis (position feedback). A 24 V DC output is also provided for regenerative braking control. The integrated energy recovery in the intermediate circuit during braking maximizes energy efficiency; especially in multi-axis systems.

The DC 061 is equipped with a 2-channel Enable input, which allows the implementation of an STO Safe Torque Off for applications up to SIL 3, and category 4, PL e. TÜV certification is coming soon. Monitor functions such as short circuit cutoff, over and under voltage monitoring as well as temperature and i²t monitor ensure high operating safety.

The DC 061 offers full servo axis functionality in a small package without technical limitations. With the all-in-one engineering tool LASAL, project development and application programming can be comfortably performed. A large selection of pre-developed motion function components and technology modules is provided. Examples of these are modules for positioning, path control and cams to synchronization of multiple axes in a space or jerk-reduced motion profiles.
