The iPOS3604 is an intelligent servo drive that has been designed for modularity, and the unit is a complete motion control solution plus drive all fitted onto an impressive 21 x 54mm of PCB space. This unit features all basic motor control functions, with fully digital servo drive highly suitable for controlling rotary and linear brushless, DC brush and step motors.

The iPOS3604 utilizes a compact designs with dimensions of 56 x 29 x 7mm, and it is fitted with 4 standard PCIe mating connectors. This device also features sinusoidal (FOC) or trapezoidal (Hall-based) brushless motor control, plus open or closed-loop control of both 2 and 3 phase steppers. The iPOS3604 permits torque, speed and position control, plus external analogue reference which an be sent through the communications bus.
