XY nanopositioner / with integrated position sensor

Nano to Macro describes the positioning range for the nano positioning system PPS2020. Resolutions down to 2.44 nm with exclusive dynamic motion parameters up to 500 mm/s are achieved by using a worldwide unique drive technology.

The error compensating and very flat architecture obtains an accuracy of a path better than one micrometer. The advances of these positioning systems mainly take effect in the precision processing (e. g. laser cutting equipment, micro assemling) and the precision measuring technique (coordinate measuring equipment).
A modern controlling architecture allows a simple customised system integration.
