Ecoline is a cold-chamber die casting machine series with a locking force ranging from 3,400 to 8,400 kN. It is the ideal solution for casting components of low complexity and with a shot weight up to 13 kg of aluminum. The Ecoline combines modern die casting technology with great ease of handling and top reliability. Ecoline has been designed for the Asian markets and its standard version is available at short notice.

Ecoline is distinguished by its ruggedness and reliability. Its die closing unit builds upon the tried-and-tested Bühler toggle system, which contributes to the high operating dependability of the casting system.
Production stability
The Ecoline shot unit operates with extreme precision, and with its updated three-phase technology provides the basis for stable production. The optional Multistep Technology offers die casters higher flexibility in setting the casting profile.
Fast production
The user interface of the Ecoline is clearly structured and has been designed with user friendliness in mind. Also the hydraulic and electronic systems are easy to understand, thanks to the reduced number of components. This minimizes the operating and maintenance training requirements.
