IRB 360 FlexPicker by ABB is backed by over 15 years of outstanding high speed robotic picking and packing technology. When compared to traditional hard automation, the IRB 360 FlexPicker provided excellent flexibility in a relatively small design and still maintains increased payloads and superior accuracy. With the inception of the IRB 360 FlexPicker, which is the next addition to the IRB 360 lineup, ABB brings to the table a FlexPicker that boasts a 1600 mm reach and a moderate range payload of 6 kg.

The compromise of a small payload compared to the 8 kg FlexPicker has resulted in an elongated reach for applications where conveyors must be set at a distance or other environmental aspects need long distances between pick and place movements. The IRB 360 FlexPicker range can now be ordered in a multitude of variants of 1 kg, 3 kg, 6 kg and 8 kg and reaches of 800 mm, 1130 mm and 1600 mm.
