Description
The CSGS system guaranties high reliability for handling bags in different materials such as plastic, paper etc., which are used for packing powder and/or granulated products.
It is particularly recommended for robotic applications requiring quick and secure handling, palletization and de-palletization systems.

Advantages
. A special ejector has been designed, capable of ensuring high air flow rate, pneumatic power and efficiency, while considerably reducing response times.
. The ejectors have been designed without any membrane or internal moving parts, and are therefore clog-free. The gripper can be installed onto the vacuum network without any filter.
.The CSGS system is designed to be fitted directly onto the robot’s arm, supporting the load handled by the suction head. It can be fed by a smaller tube and controlled by a simple solenoid valve for compressed air, thus avoiding the complexity of installing a vacuum network made up of large diameter tubes and vacuum valves. It is therefore possible to install both quickly and economically installation of both lifting and handling bags.
. The CSGS systems are characterized by their low noise level thanks to external silencers, with no heat emission or vibrations.
. The suction pad is equipped with a foam band guaranteeing maximum flexibility for handling many types of products.
