The basic system configuration supports the following: 6 aggregates weighted in the same scale, 6 cement weighted in the same scale, 4 additives our DVA system/weight/pulse, 2 waters pulse/weight (clean and recycled water), 6 moisture compensations (water and aggregate). Tolerance check in dosage. Material flight quantity control. Proportional dosage pulse for aggregate. Automatic discharge stop iin case of truckmixer obstruction with provided sensor. Fast/slow control for aggregate and cement dosage. Automatic vibrators control for aggregate and cement when material flow is not regular.
