The highly versatile assembly robot, M-1iA, is designed to cater high-speed assembly needs in applications such as circuit board insertion, LED lens assembly, etc. It has a compact and space-saving design that is perfect in work environments with limited spaces. It is also lightweight, portable and easy to assemble and install. Three models are available depending on user requirements to accommodate assembly (M-1iA/0.5A), picking (M-1iA/0.5S) and line transfer or pick and place operations (M-1iA/1H). It utilizes a state of the art parallel-link mechanism to deliver quick motion. The machine can come with a built-in iRVision (integrated vision) camera as well.
