SCARA robot / clean-room

The JS-CL Series Clean Room Specification SCARA Robot is painted with a special conductive coating to prevent static electricity, and features an anti-static accordion hose covering the Z-axis. The Z-axis spline and ball screw are also lubricated with low dust grease. Combined with a built-in internal vacuum device to minimize dust emissions, the JS-CL meets US Federal Standard 209D for Clean Class 10 environments.

The JS-CL is available in four arm lengths from 250 to 550mm with a wide range of applications, including soldering, screw-tightening, dispensing and pick-and-place. Its rigid vertical construction prevents displacement and assures accurate operation.
