The infrared (NIR) light from the sun heats up outdoor displays, which can cause malfunctions and significantly reduce the life time. PSC has developed unique solutions which can control the solar heat: Glacier™ Sun Shade and Glacier™ Sun Stop.

Glacier™ Sun Stop is a laminated front glass solution which has integrated a high performance NIR reflecting interlayer film. This means that almost all solar heat is rejected, eliminating display overheating issues.
