Automated machine loading requires the level of accuracy delivered by NSA plus module in the VERO-S quick change pallet system. Noted for high quality robust design, a secure hold, even during rough machining and extra low installation height, which allows for lots of space in the machine room. This module delivers forced air flow allowing for chip-free flat work surface for workpieces. Needs only a few seconds to position and clamp with a high accuracy and reliability. All standard versions have two types of monitoring systems - monitoring when the module is open/closed and monitoring system control. An advantage of the module is its precise pin centering mechanism with a flat work surface. Pallet centering is via a low-wear centering sleeve. Has a form-fitting, self-locking clamping system. Protection against dirt, chips and coolant.
