Engineering Tool LASAL from SIGMATEK supports Sequential Function Chart or SFC programming. SFC or step sequence programming is considered to be one of the five IEC 61131-3 standardized programming languages. The graphic SFC is perfect for cyclically repeated machine and process sequences.
The SFC diagram with its connected step symbols has step-by-step action commands, triggered by transitional switching by input signals. This will decide on the next step, and when it will be processed.
SFC is ideal for complex process-oriented applications since the graphical presentation shows the process with clarity displaying a minimum of code. As using SFC is very easy, troubleshooting is also easy. SIGMATEK releases this object-oriented engineering tool which is fitted for graphic representation and client/server technology.
