The FastCAM by SteelTailor is a software designed for metal cutting. This FastCam have been in the industry for over 30 years in the R and D history. The software comes in four modules for CNC cutting. They are drawing module, automatic nesting module, automatic pathing module and verification module. In the draw module, it is just the same with CAD which is CAD compatible and it has cutting function. For automatic nesting module, the user has an option of either manual nesting and automatic nesting. In automatic pathing module, it is supported with multiple CNC control and ESSI&EIA G/M code. In its verification module, It can do NC verification and costing. For costing, it calculates utilization, cut length, pierce and cutting cost, while on verification, it can do automatic and manual simulation.
