AGME has designed and manufactured a user friendly AC1 quality assurance system, based on absolute measure of the riveting head position. It measures riveting course from the machines resting position and the return is based on time, force, position or riveting distance. It automatically calculates numerical results of contact, final force, time, riveting distance and final position. With quick selection of parameters to be controlled, easy evaluation of the data, and an OK or NOK assessment of each processed part, controlling the most important parameters is totally effortless.
