The batch-type WBN Ribbon Blenders in this series are comprised of a horizontal ribbon screw, of single-shaft type, housed in a tubular mixing drum, along with a central inlet or a rectangular shape inlet port across the entire mixing drum length.

Another important component is the outlet with central discharge port, but the venting spout and the two drum closing end plates that serve at carrying the flanged end bearing assemblies complete this product smoothly. Finally, the integrated adjustable shaft sealing unit and the drive unit compete with the power transmission.
