adjustable angle head / for machining units

The AGU is an angle head assembled by Kaiser. It has a flexible spindle of 1° - 90° at 1° increments, which combines vertical and horizontal applications in one equipment.

This enhances productivity by simply changing the angle of the cutter, while applying the original workpiece setup. This improves total precision, and removes the possibility for error made by several setups.

The BIG-PLUS is standard for all SK & BT variants. This ensures durability and precise automated tool changes. The unit also features an enhanced non-contact seal prevents coolant and particle contamination, and a good runout control.

In addition, the angle head has a capacity of 6,000 RPM for 40 taper, and 4,000 RPM for 50 taper.
