Emerson 1500XA process gas chromatograph is a combination of the greater oven capacity of a conventional air-bath oven design and the time-tested analytical parts of a field-mounted gas chromatograph. This combination delivers the highest level of analyzer dependability as well as adaptability in a single unit.

The 1500XA is equipped to handle a wide range of applications up to 150°C by accommodating up to 8 GC valves in a single, traditional air-bath oven.

The Rosemount Analytical 1500XA Gas Chromatograph is suitable for use in gas processing plants. It has been specifically developed for high temperature applications such as trace sulfur, trace hydrocarbon, etc.

This chromatograph is capable of dual detection. This reduces the time needed for analysis and increases improved sensitivity.

Thermal conductivity detectors (TCD), flame ionization detectors (FID) and flame photometric detectors (FID) are supported by this instrument.
