AGORA Pasteurization Tunnels are designed for extending the shelf-life of such sensitive products as fruit juice and beer which may otherwise deteriorate.
The process is realized in three separate stages:
1. Heating section : In this section, the product is heated up to pasteurization temperature following a pre-determined heat - time curve.
2. Pasteurization : The product is preserved for a time at a fixed temperature in accordance with its properties.
3. Cooling : The pasteurized product is gradually cooled and is discharged from the tunnel once at temperatures around 30÷35°C.
